Cochin Font is a Sens-Serif typeface. It was created by George Peignot in 1912 for the Paris foundry called G. Peignot et Fils. George Peignot, a renowned engraver, designed this typeface which became popular in the 20th Century.
The recent use of this typeface was in Apple iPad. This font style has also used the cover of Harry Potter. Tahoma Font is the closest alternative to this font.
