Chicago font is from a sans serif typeface family. Its designer is Susan Kare. Susan Kare designed this font for Apple Computer. The name of this font is from the city of Chicago, United States. It was the first font that has been developed for Mac according to its designer Susan.
It contains letters that are very legible and clear. Its characters include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and special symbols which are apparent at greater sizes. Some correction was made while creating its TrueType version for legibility in its grey type since the grey type was not supported by Mac graphic hardware.
